Prof. Dr. Serdar Yılmaz gave a talk titled "Urban Perception and Fine Arts: Thinking Together on Balıkesir" at the Devrim Erbil Contemporary Arts Gallery.

Prof. Dr. Serdar Yılmaz, faculty member of Balıkesir University Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Graphic Arts, held a talk at the Devrim Erbil Contemporary Arts Gallery titled “Perception of the City and Fine Arts: Reflecting on Balıkesir Together”.

During the talk, Prof. Dr. Yılmaz discussed the relationship between urban identity and art, the impact of Balıkesir’s cultural structure on contemporary art practices, and how urban perception guides creative production processes. Participants had the opportunity to engage in an enjoyable discussion through examples and current works reflecting Balıkesir’s potential in the field of art.
